Shoes That I Really Really Wish Would Fit Me!

Such a terrible feeling, to finally get your long-awaited, non-returnable shoes in the mail and… they don’t fit! 😭

I’ve not been able to find cute shoes like these at American stores. These are so unique, with their heart-shaped buckles and funky-shaped heels.

They’re brand-new, and I got a fantastic price from the seller.

I love the little details everywhere 😍πŸ₯° I’ve no idea if I can even find shoes like these at local stores (United States).

These are adorable! But, sigh, my feet are a little too chubby for them πŸ’” Maybe I’ll keep them just for photoshoots? Try to stretch them out a tad? Mmm, not sure.

μ•ˆλ…•! Bye! Ciao!

Getting super-curious about Lolita fashion!

Have a wonderful day! 🌞

      • I suppose so.

You’re not wrong with buyer beware, but I would think you’d garner less ill will if you took returns, in most situations. (I mean, bespoke work is definitely ripe for no returns, in my opinion).

I don’t know all the specifics, so no judgement on the seller. It just seems weird for a US seller to not subscribe to the US Customer Service Mentality. (Which, let’s face it, is over generous toward fickle people buying on credit) (not including you in that) (I’m going to stop talking now lest I say something more stupid).

      • Nah, it’s not stupid. You’re actually right, it would be better for them as a seller, especially in the long run. These were just too good a price for me to pass up, is all πŸ™‚

      • I don’t know you and I have next to no fashion interest myself, but I can see why one would like those shoes, and if they were too good a price to pass up… well, there you go.

The rambling bit about credit buying comes from the acknowledgement our society buys quickly and emotionally with money we don’t have. IF our society were more like Japanese or German markets, there would be more consideration before purchasing.

  1. Where a couple of pairs of socks and heat them up with a blow dryer. I think there are also shoe tools on Amazon for $20 or so bucks. I have never tried any of these methods so if things go horribly wrong I cannot accept responsibility πŸ˜‚

Hahaha I’ve actually heard of that before! My friends used to do that back in the day. I’m willing to try a few things because they fit length-wise, just a little tight at the top. So thanks for the suggestion! πŸ™‚

  2. They are indeed quite cute and love the details. I’m sorry they don’t quite fit! But maybe for short walks or trips out, you could manage? πŸ™

  3. So cute and unique! Just a shame they donΒ΄t fit. If they feel tight but are the right length you can try to wear them for short persiods of time and they might become more comfortable with use.

    • Thanks! I’m going to try a few of the ideas suggested in the comments, fingers crossed 🀞

I like the socks, too ~ it’s been so difficult to find “cute” clothing in American stores, even just little ruffles like these socks. I guess bows and ruffles aren’t popular in America right now 😏
