βοΈ These were in my Winter Favorites post and yes, yes, yes! They are fantastic.
βοΈ “You’re My Pet” was on Kindle Unlimited, so I read the first two. I wasn’t enjoying the story, so I just stopped at two. “Kare First Love” was interesting and sweet, but probably for a late-teens audience.

βοΈ Charles River Editors has quick-to-read, informative books that are very interesting if you enjoy history and other types of nonfiction. Their Titanic book is excellent!
βοΈ One about escaping Scientology one a classic.
βοΈ The Texas Tower Sniper was quite interesting.
SPOILER, SKIP IF YOU’LL READ THE BOOK: and what made it truly terrifying is that it all happened because of a growing tumor in this man’s brain. It could have been anybody.
Truly, Madly, Guilty was not as good as The Husband’s Secret, I did not like it.
I would recommend The Titanic by Charles River Editors or The Texas Tower Sniper by Ryan Green.

A very eclectic read! Titanic was on tv a week ago and we enjoyed the movie. Still amazing to think about what truly transpired!

I guess it is! π I just read whatever looks interesting at the time. Haha
The Titanic book and its history really amazed me. And the movie did really well portraying the real story while still adding the romance between the characters. There was another movie that tried to do the same, and I don’t think people liked it too much. I think it was Pearl Harbor (2001)?

That is a lot of books (and snow)! I feel the same about Liane Moriarty. I like some of her books, but not all of them. I have had What Alice Forgot on my TBR pile on my nightstand, yet I always pick some other book laying around it. One of these days I’ll just get it out of the way just to get it out of the way π .

Wow, what fascinating reads you indulged in this past winter!! Cool! I love how diverse they all are. π I’m currently going through a 90’s spooky teen fiction phase myself! Like you, I enjoy nonfiction (history, military) but wanted to try something totally different for a change. π That’s a lot of snow – hope you stay warm!! βοΈ
