While waiting for the gumbo to finish cooking (my husband makes it, not me), I decided to have some Nissin Cup Noodle Stir Fry: Sweet Chili Flavor! 💖

This one had the flavors already mixed in– no bags! Fill up to the water line, microwave for 4 minutes, and voila! You have yourself some very-well-spiced noodles!

Give it a good mix to incorporate all the ingredients 🙂 I wanted to do mine with breaded chicken, so I put everything on a big bowl. I even added some extra sweet chili (to the chicken).

It was very sweet and sticky 😍 Less soupy and more saucy. The noodles were a good consistency, and the spice level was low and enjoyable. Unlike other cups, this one didn’t boil over in the microwave, so that’s a plus.

This was my first try, but I am definitely buying more in the future!
