September Things

I didn’t blog a lot this month, but I had some fun πŸ™‚ The month really flew by!

It all started with snow at the beginning of September (I live in Colorado).

My husband smoked some chicken and sausages once the weather warmed up a bit.

yum!

And I cooked my own gourmet meal! πŸ˜‚

I finally figured out what to do with all those Oprah magazines I kept getting in the mail! I’m cutting out cool pieces and using them for journaling / my diary / collage.

I never liked reading them, anyway

I watched and loved all three of these:

I had so much fun watching Because This is My First Life! ❀️❀️❀️ It’s competing for first place in my favorite K-dramas with Clean With Passion for Now 😁 I absolutely loved Midway, especially since I had just read about Pearl Harbor, and words cannot express how hard it was to watch The Passion of the Christ for the first time. I knew all about Roman crucifixion, because I read about it separate from the Bible (because I love history) and boy… To say that crucifixion was inhumane is a major understatement.

And my good boy is still being a good boy!

my good boy!

So, yeah. That’s all I did πŸ™‚ I hope your September 2020 was good, too πŸ™‚

μ•ˆλ…•! Bye! Ciao!

  1. Your husband is a keeper to cook up such yummy looking food! The one you prepared is one of my forgotten favorites so thanks for the reminder! I saw the Midway many years ago, and the Passion of the Christ is an amazing story yet, I agree with you, so very hard to watch some of the scenes. Man’s inhumanity to man is unfathomable in the level of cruelty that can occur. Where did September go???

    • He’s a fantastic cook, I lucked out πŸ™‚ I usually do lil’ smokies instead of hot dogs, but hey, it worked out. Hahaha Indeed, where did the month go! Have a wonderful October πŸ™‚

    • Thank you! πŸ˜„ He’s very good cooking the meats and BBQ stuff, and I stick to fun stuff and sides. It works out.

And wow, you’re right! You know what they say: solitary confinement hiding from a plague while cities burn makes time fly by. That’s what they say, right? πŸ˜πŸ™ƒ
