Hiya! Last night, I saw the moon outside and took some pictures of it to test my camera, and to hopefully get some nice shots.

I think they came out alright, considering I had to content with the clouds passing before the moon. This is a 1st quarter moon, according to my calendar.

I believe the dark spots are not the moon, but the clouds that floated in front of it. But check out that little crater on the left edge. Pretty cool, huh? π
I’ll try it again with the full moon. Hoping for no clouds!
μλ ! Bye! Ciao!

I was going to say the same thing, that I can see a little crater. Very cool! I was really interested in photography and still have my old camera, a Canon AT-1. Years ago, the flash burned out and I never could find another one.

You’re right but I’ll have to upgrade to a digital one like you have. I believe that the A in AT-1 stands for Automatic, which was way before digital came on the scene. No instant photos–I had to have my film processed at the drug store like you do with your Instamatic camera you showed us not too long ago. I had one of those, too. π

Oh, I see. Yeah, that’s old school. I can’t remember the last time I had to develop film. Digital cameras have improved and lowered in price over the years, so that’s one good thing π Physical prints are also easy to order on Amazon. Everything is so easy these days π

I got my camera when I was a teenager so it’s really old but it never let me down–except for the flash unit burning out, lol.
