Mike and Ike Sour

It’s sour candy time! 😝

mega mix

They sell these movie-theater boxes at Dollar Tree for $1 baby.

lots of greens…

My first impression is that the colors weren’t great. There were a ton of greens, and also some discoloration. I guess that’s why they ended up at DT?

pictured here with other bad food choices πŸ˜…

Tasted a few, which were a bit sour but… they tasted like medicine! Yuck! 🀒 So many flashbacks of being forced to take flavored children’s medicine as a kid. Yikes.

All in all, did not like πŸ˜” I guess they can’t all be winners!

  1. Jarlissima, I guess all “blasts from the past” are not as we remember them! Dollar Tree was one of my favorite stores when I was teaching elementary school. I didn’t often buy food, but they had lots of items for class activities. Thank you for this interesting post! Take care. Cheryl

    • Haha I guess not πŸ˜€

Oh, yes, I can see how Dollar Tree would be great for class. They often have good materials for arts & crafts, journaling, and sometimes they have brand-name makeup that ends up there somehow. Woo hoo!

Thanks so much for reading, Cheryl! Have a good one πŸ™‚

  2. When I was growing up my mom worked at the dentist’s office. When I saw your post the first thing I thought of was what she always said about that kind of candy: β€œThose will pull out your fillings!” πŸ˜‚
