February Favorites

February 2020

I had so much fun this February 🙂 I didn’t do anything special, or go anywhere particularly exciting, but I just enjoyed my time so much! I decluttered some things, grew closer to God, and spent time with my family ❤️ There’s no more that I could ask for or need. But here are some of the more general things I enjoyed this February:

Runaway June (Blue Roses), Harry Styles (Fine Line), Camila Cabello (Romance)

Favorite Songs from Each:

One bathroom sink, we’d all take turns
Once a week, go out to eat for pizza after church…
And we’d sing hymns
They’d pass the plate… they’d put in a twenty
I thought we were rich

We didn’t have it all but we all thought we did
And Mama always said that we were blessed
and I believed her

Runaway June, We Were Rich

I notice that
There’s a piece of you in how I dress
Take it as a compliment

Don’t you call him “baby”
…don’t you call him what you used to call me

Harry Styles, Cherry

Always thought I was hard to love
‘Til you made it seem so easy,
seem so easy…

Camila Cabello, Easy

I loved these singles:

As for books, there is only one blowing my mind right now.

Espionage by Ernest Volkman

I’m reading through Frankenstein, and I’m almost done, but I’m finding it hard to understand why the man would make a hideous monster (couldn’t he find better parts?) and then abandon him without getting to know him. I dunno 🤷

I have also been dreaming of Spring…

I started collecting things I find in books:

And I am still reading my favorite Bible:

That was my blessed, fun, happy February! It was all ramen noodles, family time, reading, and fun with music ❤️

I wish you a very happy March!

안녕! Bye! Ciao!
