I’m going through a ramen phase. I want 라면 day, noon, and night! But the noodles sometimes leave me feeling heavy, so I decided to try them in rice.
I ate wakame miso soup for the first time!
It was easy to prepare, like the inexpensive ramen packets you can get at the store. The noodles looked pretty interesting:
And I was sad to see that they lost their green tint after cooking, but that’s okay. The package also had seaweed that expanded as it cooked.
I like green foods.
It was less salty than the miso soup I eat, and also less salty than the ramen I eat, but that’s okay. I added a bit of salt and it tasted great! Just like miso. The noodles were nice and soft. All in all, it was a cool food to try for the first time, and I will be buying this product again! 🙂
